PRTC is reinvesting in the community by joining with the foundation for rural service to offer $2,500 scholarship opportunities to graduation seniors.

• This scholarship is NOT based on GPA. To learn more visit frs.org
• Applicants must live in the PRTC service area, and their legal guardian or parent must be a PRTC customer.
• Students should see their high school guidance counselors to complete applications.
FRS Youth Tour
PRTC partners with the Foundation for Rural Service to provide high school students an opportunity to be among 100 students to visiting Washington, D.C., each summer, touring historic sites and learning civics lessons firsthand.
Students must be 16 or 17 years of age at the time of the tour and reside in the PRTC Service area, and their legal guardian/parents must be a PRTC customer.
Students should see their high school guidance counselor to fill out an application.
