Security & Home Automation Maintenance

If your security system is not covered by an PRTC Security Maintenance Agreement, charges may apply for service calls and repairs.

Maintenance Agreement

Make sure all of your security components are maintained and working properly. For only $9.99 per month, PRTC Security and Home Automation will maintain your system and provide parts and labor if maintenance is required*. This maintenance program is available to all eligible PRTC installed security systems. Call (843) 538-2020 for more information.

*Excludes any maintenance issues caused as a result of vandalism, misuse/abuse, lightning, fire or "Acts of God". Maintenance performed as a result of these and other reasons outside of normal use may inquire service and repair charges. Maintenance agreement applies during normal PRTC operating business hours. Other conditions and restrictions apply, ask a service representative for complete details.

Cancellation of False Alarm

To cancel a False Alarm or when you need to place your system in test mode for the purpose of testing your system or changing the battery, call our Monitoring Station 24 hours a day / 7 days a week at 1-800-475-3331. You will be required to provide your Name and Password.
